In autumn, the temperatures start to drop and the landscape turns orange. This time of year brings with it a variety of very special fruits and vegetables that have been growing during the warmer months, but survive the first cold weather.
We have held the Demeter quality certification since 1991. This international seal of approval certifies the biodynamic farming method, which we apply to our crops and harvested products, such as our tomatoes.
· It is an agriculture that considers the garden as a living ecosystem in which people, animals and plants form a single integrated organism.
· The soil is worked in such a way that it receives more than it gives, thus maintaining the micro-organisms and nutrients that are passed on to the plants.
· The cycles of the moon, stars and biological rhythms are taken into account in the sowing and harvesting of crops.
· All of nature's energies are harnessed to enhance the vitality of the food.
