OLIVE SPREAD BRAID

Here we have a starter that everyone will love, from the youngest to the oldest! A savory puff pastry braid with olive spread and a few other tasty ingredients.

Ingredients:

· Puff pastry

· Cal Valls black olive spread

· Mozzarella

· ½ Sweet onion

· Spinach

· Mushrooms

· Goat cheese

· Dried tomatoes

· 1 egg

· Sesame seeds

Preparation:

 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

 2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut the sides into straight, parallel strips, leaving the center uncut.

 3. Extend the olive spread over the central part of the puff pastry.

 4. Place all the ingredients on top, arranging them evenly across the surface.

 5. Fold the side strips, alternating sides, to form a braid.

 6. Paint over the braid with the egg and, if you like, decorate with sesame or other seeds.

 7. Bake for about 25–30 minutes.
