BIOCULTURA FAIR
From the 9th to the 12th of May we will be at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona to celebrate the 30th edition of BIOCULTURA, the Organic Products and Responsible Consumption Fair.
We are delighted to be back at this event, which brings together so many people from different sectors who share our passion for ecology and sustainability. You will find us at stand 24, come and say hello!
This year we have organized some activities with our dear friend Gemma Hortet, a nutritionist specialising in energy, digestion and vitality nutrition, on Friday 10th of May:
The talk, entitled 'How to cook pulses to bring out their nutritional treasures and digest them easily', will take place in Room 1 at 2 pm.
And during the show-cooking session 'Learn how to cook pulses to feel great', which starts at 6pm, Gemma will teach you how to prepare some delicious recipes using Cal Valls organic pulses.
And there will be surprises for all the participants, we are looking forward to seeing you!
