Coconut and cardamom ice cream
This vegan ice cream is very easy to prepare, and you only need three ingredients! Coconut cream provides the creamy texture, cardamom adds a delicious spicy touch, and our Cal Valls agave syrup provides sweetness. A different and original recipe to cool off this summer!
INGREDIENTS:
· 600 ml coconut cream
· 5 cardamom pods
· 1/4 cup Cal Valls agave syrup
PREPARATION:
1- Crush the cardamom pods in a mortar to obtain their seeds, and grind them until they become powder.
2- Whisk the three ingredients in a bowl until you get a creamy and silky texture.
3- Store it in the freezer and remove it 10 minutes before serving.
