Jams, a caprice

The jam consists simply in the cooking of crushed and sweetened fruit. An easy process which inspires our way of doing.

Once we have selected the fruit carefully – we only deal with quality fruit-, the process of elaboration is the same for the different jams. We add lemon juice to the fruit so that it preserves better, and natural pectin to achieve the suitable texture.

We offer jams of different fruits sweetened with fructose, apple concentrate or maple syrup so that you can enjoy this healthy and delicious product. Choose the one you fancy: apple, pear, apricot, peach, cherry, plum or strawberry jam.
