The variety of presentations that we offer want to show the numerous possibilities of the tomato.

The Peeled tomato is produced with the tomatoes ripped under the sun in our fields. Tomatoes are washed and then peeled in a mechanical and handy way. Once packaged, they are pasteurised to guarantee their preservation.
The Seasoned Peeled Tomato has a special and distinctive taste with the addition of basil, onion and garlic.
To make the Crushed Tomato and the Tomato Purée , we squeeze the tomatoes just after selecting and washing them. The purée is slightly concentrated at a low temperature, in this way, we are respectful with the characteristics of the tomatoes.

For the production of the Tomato Sauce and the Fried Tomato onions and garlic are fried in extra virgin olive oil. Then the tomatoes and the herbs –only for the sauce- are added. Finally the salt and the brown sugar of cane are added.
The ketchup is the result of our own recipe based on tomato, brown sugar of cane, vinegar of cereals, salt and other spices. In the way we present it, it is ready to be in the funniest dishes.
