Pepper preserves

We have chosen the autochthonous varieties of pepper for their quality and different characteristics: Sweet pepper (Morrón) and Piquillo.

The Sweet pepper is distinguished for its fleshiness, colour and sweet taste, while the Piquillo pepper, of an excellent quality, is distinguished for its thin and tasty flesh which is often a bit hot.

Compared to the growing of the Sweet pepper, the picking of the Piquillo is specially careful. Both are picked when they are ripe, then they are grilled, peeled and manually packaged in glass jars. All the process is carried out with attention and carefulness.

This tasty morsel is not only to be eaten, but to be savoured and enjoyed.
