Honey, flowers juices

What else can we say of the honey? Whole books have been written, but, maybe, there is something else to say about it, since it is the most complex food we have. The flower is the most sublime part in the vegetable kingdom and it is precisely from here that the hard-working bees take the flowers juices to place them in the wax cells, which are made by themselves. It is an exalted world.

Depending on the species, flowers have specific colour, flavour, taste, properties … which we will encounter in the different varieties of honey.

Man extracts the honey and offers it in jars. The natural state of the floral honey is crystallised and with heat liquation takes place, thus its manipulation is easier. However, heating is bad for its composition so, we try to heat it the minimum and that is why our honey tends to its natural state. Again we offer the guarantee of a careful manipulation.
